Born in San Juan, PR on October 5, 1981. With a passion for stories, fashion and drama Carlos became Madame LaQueer exactly 19 years later. Started as the underdog, until she started to be noticed by her unique performance style and music selection. By 2006, LaQueer was already working regularly  at every major venue in the island and had won 4 local pageants. After that she started her own project called Queen of the Night. This event served as a platform for up and coming entertainers that wanted to showcase their talents.

   On 2011 she was casted to compete on the 4th season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Winner of Episode 2: WTF Wrestling! Among her most popular catchphrases “Ewww” and “my enkle went click”, she was also known for triggering Michelle Visage’s complicated relationship with the color green.
